WHAT THE F*CK, WHERE'S MY SH*T ORDER?

For non-received items, a full refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided after 15 days, at the buyer's discretion. 

Please alert us if your item has not been received within 30 days, and we will begin the refund/exchange process.

If after 45 days you still have not received your product, we will issue you a 20% partial refund of the purchase price not unless the item is out of stock, or store credit of equal or lesser value to be used exclusively on trappin.store

HOW CAN I TRAK MY ORDER?

All information and status (such as the tracking number) will be automatically assigned to your order via email or phone number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED?

Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you received an incorrect, missing or defective merchandise. Include your order number, photographs of the item (s) and all related references when receiving your package. We will do everything possible to resolve your case as soon as possible.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. Indicate your order number and the reason for its return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in their original condition with the packaging intact.
